Buyback and Trade-In Procedure

18K Product:

Trade-In*:

• Within 2 Month from the purchase date, the value of the item can be traded at 100% of the price stated on the invoice.

• After 2 Month from the purchase date, the value of the item can be traded at 85% of the price stated on the invoice.

Sell Back Options*:

• Within 1 Year from the purchase date, the returned item's value is 75% of the price stated on the invoice.

• After 1 Year from the purchase date, the returned item's value is 70% of the price stated on the invoice.

• However, if the item's condition is NOT the same as the original condition (damaged, rusty, etc.), the returned item's value is 65% of the price stated on the invoice.

*For subsequent trade-ins, the value of the new item must exceed at least 20% value of the item that is being traded, according to the applicable terms.

10K Product:

Trade-In*:

• Within 2 Month from the purchase date, the value of the item can be traded at 80% of the price stated on the invoice.

• After 2 Month from the purchase date, the value of the item can be traded at 75% of the price stated on the invoice.

Sell Back Options*:

• Within 1 Year from the purchase date, the returned item's value is 65% of the price stated on the invoice.

• After 1 Year from the purchase date, the returned item's value is 60% of the price stated on the invoice.

• However, if the item's condition is NOT the same as the original condition (damaged, rusty, etc.), the returned item's value is 50% of the price stated on the invoice.

Special Price/Promotional Jewellery: Items purchased using vouchers, specific promotions, or special price offers will have a unique trade-in value determined by the Bion Gift Jewellery team.

*For subsequent trade-ins, the value of the new item must exceed at least 20% value of the item that is being traded, according to the applicable terms.

Sales Return Terms

Product Return Policy: The return policy applies to products purchased from Bion Gift Jewellery. Returns can only be made for items in good and saleable condition, subject to review by our team. Each return will be processed individually based on the purchase invoice number. Please ensure to submit a return request within the specified period on the purchase invoice to be eligible for a return.

Returning Items by Delivery: If you are unable to return the item directly to our store, you may send it through selected courier services. Before shipping the item, kindly confirm with our customer service via email or Instagram DM. Please note that Bion Gift Jewellery is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipping process.

Value and Monetary Exchange: The return and trade-in value may fluctuate based on economic conditions and currency exchange rates. The final decision regarding returns and trade-ins lies with Bion Gift Jewellery.

Exceptions to Returns: The return policy does not apply to special order items or specific products determined by Bion Gift Jewellery.
